The two double bedrooms are at the rear of the property and are again a great size which can comfortably fit twin/double/king size beds. The terrace area is a great size - and faces South East looking to communal gardens and pool, and South West to the side meaning plenty of sun on your terrace - especially in the Winter months (see video). The resorts ‘town centre’ is also within a 5-6 minute walk from this property.

The new Murcia International Airport is a 12 minute drive away and the beaches of the Mar Menor are 15 minute's drive. Within a 5 minute drive you also have the Resort of La Torre, with it's facilities, and the Town of Roldan which has many bars/restaurants/facilities.
