This property has a lovely feel to it as soon as you enter the property - with it's South-South West orientation it is a bright apartment and due to it's open plan layout feels lovely and spacious.


On entry to the apartment you enter into a bright lounge, with terace to your private terrace to the right and the open-plan kitchen directly ahead.
This apartment has been furnised to a high standard throughout and due to it's orientation and lots of windows feels lovely and bright as soon as you walk in. There is also a new AC/Heating unit in the lounge, and the sofa is also a sofa bed for any extra visitors you may have.

Murcia International Airport is a 15 minute drive away and the beaches of the Mar Menor is also approx 15 minute drive. Within a 5 minute drive you also have the Resort of La Torre, with its facilities, and the Town of Roldan which has many bars/restaurants/facilities.
