On entry to the apartment you enter into a bright lounge, with a good sized open plan kitchen to the left. This property has been used very rarely by the present owner, and comes part-furnished. The Kitchen has oven/hob (rarely/never used), boiler, Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer - again hardly used.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed /bedside cabinets and all bedrooms have in-built wardrobes.

Murcia International Airport is a 15 minute drive away and the beaches of the Mar Menor is also approx 15 minute drive. Within a 5 minute drive you also have the Resort of La Torre, with its facilities, and the Town of Roldan which has many bars/restaurants/facilities.
