Second floor open corner apartment on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort with a huge wraparound terrace and stuninng views of the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

On entry to the property you enter into a hallway area with the kitchen to the left which has been modified with new cupboards, worktops, and the wall to the seperate utility has been removed to make the kitchen larger, brighter, and of course means more workspace than there was previously.

The lounge is bright with multiple windows and large doors leading to the terrace - this style is one of the largest terraces on Resort and due to the orientation of South East means you will have plenty of morning and afternoon sun on here. Put on the sunscreen! A clever low level cupboard has been built whch houses the bedroom exterior AC compressors. This is great as keeps it very tidy and you do not see it at all. Although on the 2nd floor there is no roof on the terrace - completely open meaning very sunny on the terrace and within the apartment itself - feels more like a Penthouse!
The bathroom has also been changed to a walk-in shower with lots of space for towels and storage, as well as new sink/mirror.
Both bedrooms are doubles, one set up as a Twin and the Master as a double. The Master bedroom also has direct access to that large terrace.
