Penthouse apartment on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort with a fantastic sized terrace.
The property looks directly into a lovely communal garden and pool area, and is within a 30 second walk of the Town Centre's facilities, and 2-3 min walk to the large well-stocked supermarket.

There is Full Gas Central Heating throughout and AC in the lounge. Both bedrooms have pre-installation for AC which makes it very easy to fit if desired. There is also a private underground parking space.

The Town Centre with it's and bars/restaurants is within a 30 second walk. This is a fantastic location very close to all amenities and is ideal if you wanted a property in the Centre of the Resort's facilities.

On entry to the property you enter into the bright lounge with a dining area to the left. The terrace leads directly out from the lounge. Off the lounge there is a fully fitted galley kitchen, and from a small hallway you enter the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom. The terrace is also accessible from the master bedroom.
