Lovely First floor apartment on the fantastic La Torre Golf Resort.

On entry to the apartment, you enter into a large 'square' shaped hallway, with all rooms leading from this area. The lounge is to the left and is lovely and bright, leading to a huge terrace area, which has been glassed in with 'glass curtains' - allowing you to either open it up completely in the warmer months, and close in the winter months, which in effect gives you a second lounge!
This really does make a huge difference to the size of the liveable space inside.
The kitchen, to the right as you walk in, is fully equipped and has had units added in the same style to the left as you walk in, giving much more worktop space and cupboards. The seperate utility has had a glass window fitted keeping this area clean and tidy (originally would have been an open space).

There are two good sized bedrooms, one arranged as a Double, the other with two single beds. The large terace is also accessible fron the master bedroom, with double doors leading on to this area.
Both bedrooms have the AC pre-installed, meaning it is a very simple procedure to add AC units if desired (bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan installed).

The large terrace, looking on to the Nicklaus Golf Course really does make a huge difference to the property and is a huge consideration when looking at apartments on this Resort - it does mean you have a second lounge, with the terrace being much larger than standard for properties on Resort.
The property comes with an underground parking space included, which has also had a storage room fitted- great for storing bikes, golf clubs etc.

The apartment is located in a very central position within a 5 minute walk fron the Resort's Town Centre, with it's array of bars and restaurants, as well as a large well-stocked Supermarket. There is a large communal pool area to the front of the apartment block.. a few seconds walk away.
The condition of the apartment is nothing short of excellent - it has obviously been well looked after by the current owners.
